We welcome you to an exquisite dinner experience every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 6:30 PM and 00:00 AM.

Important Guest Information:

Due to the use of our house-made butter, milk, and dairy products in most of our dishes, and to avoid the risk of cross-contamination, we regret that we are unable to accommodate gluten-free or vegan dietary requests.
Additionally, we are unable to host guests under the age of 8.
The dress code for our restaurant is "smart casual."



Brasserie Roi

Located on the entrance floor of our hotel, Brasserie Roi is delighted to welcome you every day between 11:30-23:00 hours.

Our drink menu offers a carefully selected range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a distinguished wine cellar featuring boutique Turkish wines, and the finest varieties of rakı to cater to every palate.

Throughout the day, from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM, indulge in exquisite Turkish-style handmade pide, specially crafted cheese platters made from fresh local cheeses, and delicious snacks that perfectly accompany your drink.
